SOLARIS PERFORMING ARTS, INC. ANNOUNCE NEW ALL-AGE COMPETITIVE GROUP:

Orlando, FL, August 22, 2017– Solaris Performing Arts, Inc. is pleased to announce their newest
ensemble, Nemesis Winds. An all-age competitive ensemble featuring elite woodwind, brass,
percussion, and visual performers. Following the success of their 2015 Sound Sport ensemble
(Solaris Drum Corps), and 2017 WGI Independent A Finalist Percussion ensemble (Solaris
Independent Percussion), Solaris Performing Arts decided it was time to unveil a new
performance group in the state of Florida for the winter season.

"The Winds activity has wildly increased its popularity over the past few years. We
have seen incredible innovation in design and performance. We feel that now is the
best time to enter the competitive Winds arena as the activity continues to grow.
The teams both at Nemesis and Solaris Performing Arts are excited to bring forth a
new ensemble that celebrates community through creativity."

Nemesis Winds plans to compete as Independent Open throughout Florida during the 2017-2018
FFCC (Florida Federation Colorguard Circuit) season. In the future, Nemesis would like to
travel to Dayton, Ohio to compete at WGI (Winter Guard International) World Championships.
Over the next couple of weeks, they will be announcing audition dates, location, and time, as
well as staff additions, and their show concept.
